Today, thanks to our Fastand style centre, we’ve completely changed the construction rules, creating a state-of-the-art, innovative retractable roll-up product, both from a design and a technological point of view.

Beyond its aesthetic beauty, there’s a very high level of technical engineering inside the painted shell. A patented spring and an innovative braking system make the product perfect and elegant in every part.

We wanted to create a new design for our roll-up. Aesthetically compact and clean, it gives an impact of strength but also of lightness and modernity. There are no visible screws, which makes it essential and futuristic.

The only monocoque roll-up

Monocoque and not profiled. That’s Fastand’s idea for Velo. Innovative and revolutionary, the design is clean and linear. The monocoque guarantees a better aesthetic, but also ease of painting and cleaning after use.

Innovative and unique technology in double-sided roll-ups

Patented FastBrake* system

Fastbrake* system by Fastand, a one-of-a-kind revolution in the world of roll-up display banners.

You’ll be able to close and open it with great ease, and this will let you do many things, which you can read about in the next section. The lock is built into the roll-up, and locking is done via the knob on its surface. By moving the pin forward and backward and locking it, you determine whether the spring is activated. The spring is in fact housed inside the compartment and allows the roll-up to roll up.

With this system, you decide when the spring should kick in, and if it’s not needed, you can manage and stop it with a simple click.

Thanks to this innovative idea, you’ll no longer have the classic twisted-fabric effect that looks truly unsightly. A properly tensioned fabric will have a perfect result, while an over-tensioned fabric will shrink up on itself.

An intelligent system, FastBrake* System.

You can do 4 extremely useful things:

For changing the graphic of your Velo roll-up banner.Stop the spring lock, to insert or replace the graphic fabric. It’s fundamental and easy to replace the fabric and give new life to Velo. By locking the Fastbrake*, you can easily remove the old print and insert a new one.
During an event. Tilt and tension the graphic fabric as you like with a simple movement of the support pole, and consequently lock the Fastbrake. The tilt of the graphic fabric will be modified and your roll-up banner will be perfect.
During the opening of the roll-up banner, by closing the system you make sure the spring loses its function and doesn’t distort the graphic. Locking the Fastbrake* system after opening the fabric makes the spring’s force stop, keeping the roll-up’s position constant for the entire period of use.
During transport. The spring lock will be preserved for itself, and your roll-up will be protected for future events.
