Sending print files
The file for each job can be sent only after confirming the order, through the dedicated “Customer Area” of the website, using the credentials received by email.
The optimal file resolution is between 72 and 120 dpi in jpg format.
Our check blocks files with a resolution or format different from those indicated.

Lead times
The arrival of files or order and payment confirmations later than requested will result in subsequent delays in delivery times.

Liability exemption clause
Fastand shall not be held liable towards the client and/or beneficiary of the service for damages of any kind, whether direct or indirect, arising from any errors, of any nature, in the printing of files sent by the customer.
Likewise, Fastand shall not be held liable for direct and/or indirect damages due to non-delivery and/or late delivery of the material, nor shall it be held liable for any damage and/or breakage suffered during transport. Any damage of this type must be verified IN FRONT OF THE COURIER.
Likewise, in front of the courier, the integrity of the packaging and the number of packages must be verified. Any discrepancies must be reported directly to the courier, noted on the delivery note, and communicated to Fastand IMMEDIATELY by fax or email. If, despite intact packaging and no other imperfections, the material inside turns out to be damaged, the damage must MANDATORILY be reported within TWO days of receipt. No complaint about quality may be taken into consideration AFTER USE of the material, since it can NO LONGER be demonstrated in any way that any damage was present at the origin or caused by improper use.
In no case may damages, direct or indirect, be charged to Fastand for an amount greater than the amount of the supply, net of ancillary costs.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Since, following order confirmation and file upload, a customised production process is started, Fastand relies on the exclusion of the right of withdrawal under and for the purposes of Art. 55, paragraph 2, letters a) and c) of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

Territorial jurisdiction
For any dispute that may arise, the Parties acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia, regardless of the place of conclusion of the contract, the client’s domicile, or the place of payment, even if by means of securities and/or bank receipts.

Notice under Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, “Code regarding the protection of personal data”

Fastand s.r.l., as data controller, informs you, under Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data, that the personal data collected by completing the form below will be processed for the following purposes: a) to establish and perform the contractual relationships concluded with you and to respond, before the conclusion of the contract, to your specific requests; b) to comply with legal or regulatory obligations; c) to allow you to register and access the reserved areas of this website.
The processing of your personal data for the purposes referred to in points a), b) and c) above does not require your consent under Art. 24 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003.
Personal data will be processed on paper and by electronic, computer or telematic tools.
Providing the data relating to fields marked as non-mandatory is optional. Providing the data is mandatory, as such data is necessary for the performance of the contractual relationship and for fulfilling the related legal obligations. Any refusal to provide them could make it impossible for Fastand s.r.l. to carry out the obligations connected with the contractual relationship concluded with you.
Personal data will not be disclosed and may be communicated in Italy or in other EU countries to parties handling product delivery, credit institutions, couriers, and our legal and tax consultants.
For the above purposes, the data may become known to the Data Protection Officer and to the employees and collaborators of Fastand s.r.l. designated as data processing officers. The data processing officer has been appointed as the pro tempore officer of the Administration Office.
The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationships established and also afterwards for the completion of all related legal obligations.
By sending communication to Fastand s.r.l. at Via Sole Roccazzì, 15b Castel Mella (BS), you may at any time exercise the rights provided for by Art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, including the right to obtain information on the origin, purposes and methods of processing personal data; updating, rectification or integration of the data; erasure, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; the right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; and to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purposes of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
